Tcasso Sounds
This Licence Agreement sets out what you can and cannot do with sounds purchased from TCA$$O Sounds. By purchasing and downloading any product, you agree to these terms.
Your licence
When you buy a product from TCA$$O Sounds, you are granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual licence to use the sounds in your own music productions. This means you pay once and can use the sounds forever, with no additional royalties owed to us.
What you CAN do
Use the sounds in your own original musical compositions, beats, and productions.
Use them in commercial and non-commercial releases, including songs sold or streamed on platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and SoundCloud.
Use them in beats you sell or lease, provided the sounds are combined with other elements into a new original work.
Use them in videos, films, games, podcasts, and other media projects.
What you CANNOT do
Resell, redistribute, share, or give away the raw, unaltered sound files.
Include the sounds in another sample pack, loop kit, drum kit, or sound library, whether free or paid.
Claim the original sounds as your own creation or register them with a content-ID system as standalone audio.
Upload the raw files to file-sharing, streaming, or download platforms as standalone content.
Content ID and streaming platforms
Because our sounds are royalty-free and sold to multiple producers, you should not attempt to register a track that relies solely on an unaltered TCA$$O Sounds loop with content-identification systems (such as YouTube Content ID). To avoid conflicts, always combine our sounds with your own original elements to create a distinct finished work.
Ownership
TCA$$O Sounds retains full ownership of the original sound recordings. This licence grants you the right to use them as described above; it does not transfer copyright ownership of the underlying sounds to you.
