Welcome to TCA$$O Sounds. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of tcassosounds.com and your purchase of any digital products from us. By using this website or buying from us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Who we are
TCA$$O Sounds (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a digital audio brand based in the United Kingdom, selling royalty-free sample packs, loops, drum kits, one-shots, and sound design products via tcassosounds.com. You can contact us at Tcassowork@gmail.com.
2. Products
All products sold on this site are digital audio files delivered by download. No physical goods are shipped. Product descriptions, including BPM, key, file count, and format, are provided as accurately as possible, but minor variations may occur. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any product at any time.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated and include any applicable taxes.
Payment is processed securely through our payment providers (including Stripe, Apple Pay, and Google Pay). We do not store your card details.
Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully completed and you receive your download link.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an obvious mistake.
4. Delivery of digital goods
After successful payment, your download will be made available immediately via a download link on the order confirmation page and/or by email. It is your responsibility to download and securely store your files. If you do not receive your download link, contact us at Tcassowork@gmail.com and we will resolve it promptly.
5. Licence to use the sounds
All products are sold as royalty-free under the terms set out in our Licence Agreement. In summary, once purchased you may use the sounds in your own commercial and non-commercial music productions without paying additional royalties. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the raw files, or pass them off as your own sample pack. Full details are in the Licence Agreement, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Refunds
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, our refund policy reflects the nature of digital goods. Please see our Refund Policy for full details on when refunds are and are not available.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including audio, artwork, logos, text, and branding — is the property of TCA$$O Sounds and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product grants you a licence to use the audio as described in the Licence Agreement; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying copyright.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the service, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for any user who breaches these terms.
9. Limitation of liability
Our products are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
